UMR's Perception Analyzer™ Technology is a state of the art
interactive group testing system. It is based on a sophisticated system
of electronic receivers connected to a laptop computer which provides a
portable and versatile tool for multi-faceted research.
Used in a focus group or mini-group situation, it allows specific
strengths and weaknesses in an ad or public information campaign to be
highlighted. The advantages of this approach include that:
- it reveals the views of all respondents equally regardless of how outspoken or quiet they are by nature;
- it allows for anonymity - participants are more likely show what they really think as others can't see their responses;
- interactive technology engages participants and increases concentration; and
- it
allows information from several groups to be aggregated objectively,
giving a clear and concise analysis of what works and what doesn't.
